Dreamweaver CS4 for ArrauHouse

dear adobe dreamweaver community,
i have been developing extensive, not-for-profit education website on pianist claudio arrau past 12 years (please see 'arrauhouse'). 
i illiterate regarding technical computing aspects , until able rely on services of contributor website computing difficulties.
i use adobe dreamweaver cs4 satisfies needs , meets purpose , scope of website.
my issue follows:
i lost connection of folders , files dreamweaver working tool on desktop. tool work on daily basis update information, add images , develop website.
all folders , files in dreamweaver in computer, can see through alternative path. dreamweaver working tool lost access them. files cannot worked on unless working tool.
there no problem connection of files computer security software cuteftp 9 , software host aabaco (yahoo).
is there in community kind, knowledgeable access computer on-line , see how restore connection between files in hard-disk , dreamweaver working tool on desktop?

be careful!

 

when dreamweaver cannot see local files, because site has not been setup or setting have become corrupted. have @ dreamweaver | simplified site setup in dreamweaver cs5 , have @ site setup.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
