Camera Raw and Photoshop CS, Version 8

i trying open raw file first time. extension cr2 format. error is: ""could not complete request because not right kind of document."

 

how know have camera raw plug in installed?

how know have camera raw plug in installed?

help > plug-ins > camera raw

 

however, cr2 files different every model of canon cameras. answer question depends on model of canon camera cr2 files from.

 

camera raw must updated every time new camera model released camera raw forever being updated. if raw files newer camera, version of camera raw may not new enough read raw files. version of camera raw need may incompatible cs. if case have use dng converter.

 

cs (version 8) old version - shipped 13 years ago. have been running cs or have acquired it?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
