Can you use outlook email address with contact form?

my site hosted @ amazon web services.

my domain registered rebel.com no email account there.

i want use outlook.com email in contact form.

 

however, received warning when exported html hosting providers refusing send emails email addresses on different hosts.

also javascript warning of form php script missing web server or php not configured correctly on web hosting provider.

 

can point me begin? can i, or should use outlook email address?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
