Unauthorised copy of my personal payment details.

i living others , using home computer range of things! found file under name in documents , in name pdf in adobe acrobat xi, on computer. have not worked computers on 20+yrs, i'm learning go different systems, hardware, etc. know didn't create pdf in adobe acrobat xi program on computer, opened pdf. horror contained scanned copy of not personal details (full name, birthdate, etc), income payment details. have discovered unauthorised activity in bank accounts occurring online, being investigated relevant authorities. reported find , investigating bodies made copies of these files. told remove tall of these computer found them on. have absolutely no idea how remove/delete these pdf files under name computer, have never used of adobe's programs before.  computer set-up google chrome browser , has passwords saved under google saved passwords, have removed of personal , business accounts (email, banking, etc),  along of files had created. pdf, didn't create in name contains many personal details & income payment details, last thing must remove/delete computer~ desperately need possible. can me this, please?..... because i've mentioned, have no idea how so!! thanks, lisa-jayne.(adobe user id:lisa-jayne37690357.)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
