Le bridge cs3 ne répond plus, même après désinstallation et réinstallation de photoshop cs3

bonjour à vous tous,

mon souci est que le bridge cs3 est devenu inopérant. j'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé photoshop cs3 mais rien à faire. point particulier, sur le logo br il y un signe comme celui dans windows pour les mises à jour. le logiciel toujours été utilisé  hors connection.

merci de me donner despistes efficaces

the bridge creates  , saves user id bridge preferences photoshop does.  when user id photoshop preferences become corrupted photoshop may fail start.   see if can find user id bridge preferences folder , rename it.  try starting bridge.  bridge may create new set of preferences user id , start correctly.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
