Creative Suite will not open

when open cs5 illustrator, closes down. , pop appears saying adobe illustrator quit unexpectedly. when press 're open' button, same again.

 

please help!

it helpful send information computer os, hardware, etc.

 

but, i'm going take guess updated os?

 

try resetting preferences first, holding shift+opt/alt+cmd/ctrl when open before startup screen shows.

 

if doesn't work have updated past point of compatibility cs5. can try uninstall reinstall cs5 can't sure without more information.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
