CC client does not open after update/installation
hello,
i tried update newest version of cc client, when try open after installation won't open , tells me ( in german) "the program not open"
furthermore not able open other cloud app such bridge/photoshop , lightroom without getting "error 16".
i tried several steps find fault, e.g. there no log file search error; i've tried install firewall/antivirus off same message popped up; changed access privileges, result same.
i couldn't uninstall adobe cc, because message told me have still other apps on system.
i didn't want uninstall of programs before consulting forum - have idea?
i on mac.

uninstall cc including cc desktop app, uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application
clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart computer (don't skip this)
reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
use desktop app install cc programs/trials
