Adobe Premiere Pro V10.3 - Causing Very Sluggish Response

ever since updating new version, having issues poor response time within program.

 

for example: after clicking spacebar play timeline, may take 10-15 seconds respond - or doesn't respond @ all.  try scrubbing , forth , hear no audio , see no video - several seconds , of sudden there.  @ other times play audio it's moving across timeline , clip , there no audio.  i'll stop again, scrub , forth , play audio.

 

anyone else experiencing this?  causing me take lot more time things.

 

any appreciated.

 

no changes computer have been made other updating of adobe cc apps.

have turned off in edit/preferences/media "enable accelerated intel h.264 decoding (requires restart)"?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
