How to add these effects??

i'm total rookie when comes creating stuff... made switch outdated fireworks app illustrator.

thing is, need re-produce outdated artwork made in fireworks few years ago, , make things work in illustrator.

 

- example; want re-produce website logo on http://www.budogala.com (this company btw, own brand name).

back in fireworks used ethnocentric font , basic inner bevel.
can please explain me in detail how add right effects font within illustrator??
where can find these effects in menu, , how add them letters??
as can see in logo, needs have metallic flare it, , letters need 'alive' (not flat).

 

 

my configuration;

mac late 2015

os x 10.11.5
adobe creative cloud v3.7.0.272

something can in photoshop (bevel & emboss)

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
