Crash Log Location?

where can find crash logs / log files adobe acrobat pro dc 10.0?

 

the application seems crash when use "edit pdf" function...

could please tell operating system have- windows/mac?

is happening single file or other files well?

 

try check if there update available acrobat, open acrobat>help>check updates.

if installing updates doesn't fix issue , try repair acrobat, help>repair installation.

if doesn't fix issue , try remove acrobat cleaner tool here (for windows)- download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs  , reinstall acrobat.

to find logs in mac , visit link: where system.log located? (in filesystem... |official apple support communities

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
