Best PC Chassis and GPU combo to buy now?

hello forum friends,

i @ place need replace old-ish pc edit workstation. seat in question dell t3500 quadro 4000 in it, performance on current cc awful, , there no gpu upgrade/crossgrade both compatible chassis , on recommended gpu list adobe cc. prefer buy , modify off-the-shelf desktop, open other suggestions if thrifty (i capable of doing own build, though i'd rather chasing deadlines troubleshooting hardware). can knows compatibility matrix , development trajectory of prpro , ae recommend desktop chassis , gpu combination me through few years of these rapid cc updates? (looking @ you, kevin-monahan , bill gehrke, @neil_haugen) relatively long-form broadcast editing low-intensity ae graphics (most of 3d motion text design) - not concerned stereo, vr, or 4k capabilities.
