Unable to select multiple items with list box

i'm using acrobat 9.0 standard.

 

i've added list box pdf , want give people option select multiple items in dropdown. in properties under options tab, selected "multiple selections." i'm unable make multiple selections despite this. still allows me make 1 choice.

 

any ideas? there other step(s) i'm missing?

i need asap company -- suggestions appreciated!

you have hold down ctrl key (cmd on mac) while clicking multiple items.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
