Is there an external manager to get info from the linked files, to what illu documents linked?

windows 8.1, adobe illustrator

 

i have worked management,or lack of management of linked files years (many years in macromedia freehand;-)

 

i have routine place linked files in same folders always. projects quite messy , safe keep more files/potential linked files need since don't have time each one, , check names of files, take notes of names if many , proceed rid of unnecessary files.

 

i have been wondering, there should app or function surely, allow, when organising , deleting files, see linked files, illustrator documents linked to??  "this file linked illustrator dc "flower portrait 2.." , "are sure want delete file linked flower portarit 2 , flower portrait 3 etc..

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
