Audio missing on MPEG files only

just installed premiere cc (the new june of 2016 version) on 14 computers in our media class in high school teach. have been teaching premiere past 14 years... working great 1 major problem. when load video files premiere, avi files or mov files load properly. shoot sony handi-cams , use mpeg files , none of these load correctly... video fine, no audio comes in video... keeps saying installing dolby codec work properly, doesn't... real odd thing used same image load 14 computers... 2 of them working fine mpeg files, other 12 computers not... ideas can try???? school starts on 25th??? help!!!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
