Adobe Lightroom Making Sky Pixelated

i started using lightroom , does, however, it's messing sky when try opening updated photo in other applications, such adobe photoshop or windows picture viewer. instance, using lightroom, i'll open file of scenic photograph, apply simple preset of "cross process 1", save (export) it. looks great in lightroom, when open updated file in application, sky looks "pixelated", different shades of blue; looks different shades of blue rings. don't , not sure why lightroom doing this? suggestions, thoughts, ideas, etc.? please help!

this kind of pixellation can happen if export jpgs low quality setting.

try setting quality 80, , see if improves image.

jpg uses lossy compression, , have find balance between file size , quality.

low quality = small file, high quality = bigger file.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
