Transitioning Library from External to Internal HD

i migrated aperture library lightroom.  space constraints had lightroom library created on external drive.  have removed aperture library local drive have lightroom library on local drive.  there way change folder locations of of library 1 command.  understand how click each folder , point copy on local drive, there hundreds of folders (a folder each day have taken picture on last 10 years) , take afternoon point each folder.

now have removed aperture library local drive have lightroom library on local drive.

yes, there way, seems pointless me, fine photos are. have amount of work move photos , re-link in lightroom, , no benefit (plus there possibility of errors). lots of work, no benefit, recommend not doing work.

but if there reasons haven't stated doing this, can move via instructions in "part 2 — updating folder location" of document: adobe lightroom - find moved or missing files , folders

i understand how click each folder , point copy on local drive, there hundreds of folders (a folder each day have taken picture on last 10 years) , take afternoon point each folder.

see figure 4 , associated text in linked document.
