Not sending to Photoshop CC

i have seen question in forums, not see resolution it. went through of steps found.
i have ipad pro , signed same creative cloud account on osx machine.

i click send photoshop cc. nothing happens.
the project show in mobile assets library on assets.adobe.com
the project not open in photoshop cc.

 

all apps date. devices signed same account. once issue done, there way send project adobe sketch photoshop cc?

 

please answer first issue first.

sorry it's not working correctly. ok, things i'd (in particular order). know you've done of them, if check again sure...

1. first log in adobe id http://assets.adobe.com (my assets - mobile creations - sketch) , make sure work on device synced creative cloud.

2. then,

make sure you're using sketch v3.4.1

make sure you're using photoshop v2015.5.0

make sure you're using creative cloud desktop app v3.7.0.272

3. next,

close photoshop cc

log out of creative cloud desktop app (tap cc icon, gear icon, preferences, sign out).

restart laptop

then log in creative cloud desktop app

4. before try send app,

log out of sketch (tap sketch icon, field name, sign out).

restart device

then log in app.

5. once everything's running, , you're logged in try sending work desktop again.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
