Monitor remains black with no playback

my monitor when playing media in operation. in pause preview monitor , preview window remains black.

i have i5 intel cpu quattro 3 mhz , 16 gb ram. should enough!

i use adobe creative cloud

where problem?

-with brand/model graphics adapter (ati or nvidia or ???) , exact driver version

-do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

-go vendor site sure have updated driver graphic adapter

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
