Why is my "EXPORT" EPUB fixed layout crashing?

i have created indesign fixed layout epub. had completed , exported create epub fixed layout pdf. viewed through ibooks. sent off clients. sent type corrections , few recommendations change interactive functions.

i copied previous file, made corrections new file , tried "export" create new epub (fixed layout ) pdf , crashes.

i tried several times, rebooted, tried creating epub (fixed layout) pdf of previous indesign file , crashed too. uninstalled indesign 2015 program reinstalled.

i decided go square 1 , created new file, copying , pasting on the  pages. proceeded make epub (fixed layout) pdf per page, see crashes occurring. page 9 in 72 page document.

 

i @ wit's end. listen suggestions.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
