Metadata window disapeared

i’m looking solution metadata window back.
tried reset presets, second screen.

no chance.

if open - menu options greyed out - there appears no metadata window.

 

please help!

 

macbook pro (mid 2015 retina)

mac osx 10.11.6

indesign 15.4 build 11.4.1.102

are talking file > file info? command seems broken in current version. see on macbook is:

indesign ccss_004.png

and you, i'm stuck until press esc.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
