Deinterlacing not working (I really searched the answer here)

hi!

 

i'm sorry posting such exausted topic cannot deinterlace videos in way. have latest premiere pro version (2015.4) , searched lot in forum , @ other resources. saw in other posts , on internet didn't work. problem simple: cannot deinterlace video have captured tv in way, allways output interlaced.

 

the original capture setting 1080i @ 59.94 fps.

 

my last attempt following:

 

  1. clicking original video file chose modify > interpret footage. interpreted data says video 29.97 fps , field order no fields (progressive scan), understand premiere getting wrong;
  2. since premiere "thought" video not interlaced think way can tell setting upper field first. forcing fps 59.94 made video interpreted @ twice speed kept 29.97;
  3. created sequence video;
  4. right clicked on video, chose field options , chose always deinterlace;
  5. chose export media
  6. in export settings window selected following relevant settings (i think):
    • format: h.264
    • in video tab, tried these settings:
      • fame rate: 29.97 , 59.94
      • field order: upper first , progressive
      • always chose render @ maximum depth
    • at bottom chose use maximum render quality

 

my results disappointing. either got interlaced video @ 29.97 fps or video upper fields rendered @ 29.97 fps or video @ 59.94 fps repeated frames made of upper fields. want deinterlaced video @ 59.94 fps made of both fields, preferably using motion detection method. i'm new premeire , editing video @ i'm disappointed such easy thing thinking on charging since still in 15 days period cancel anual subscription. if me, appreciate that.

you want progressive footage written down interlaced in 59.94?

dont think possible. hence repeated frames.

 

motion detection method.

 

what mean that.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
