Selection tool isnt lining up with footage when dragging

so have had frustrating thing while. when put selection tool on video file in premiere to  move side or different layer , move selection tool smidgen automatically places video layer below selection tool.. have move selection tool layers legnth adjust left , right on timeline.. hassle. wish selection tool didnt change videos layer when moved left , right.. stick footage adjusting on layer im adjusting. check out video , understand im getting at. selection tool shows weird looking symbol has arrow pointing downwards assuming special feature accidentally checked on. not sure can go change normal. thanks

went on chat adobe , fixed problem via remote access.

 

first cleared custom work spaces, closed premiere pro. went "documents" (i have mac) "adobe" , "premiere pro" , moved 3 files named "6.0" "9.0" , "10.0" new folder named "od". last opened premiere up. when box came set went top window , deselected "import workspace project" under "workspaces". reopened project , fixed problem. had make new workspace , change custom shortcuts back, other normal.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
