Error over a year!

hello, student last year , tried download adobe lightroom project , tried install wasn't working. when tried install it, told me put reference numbers in , didn't receive numbers via email adobe. installation wasn't successful , didn't have chance use program @ all. busy , forgot until check transaction , wondered have been paid £8.57 each month on year! can cancel transaction? can refund money back? because installation wasn't successful! please help! thank you.

not you'll refund because adobe wouldn't know if you've been using subscription or not.

 

you can termininate subscription, cancel adobe creative cloud membership

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
