Unable to find files that were saved on the cloud

i have adobe dc on samsung s2 tablet. use everyday & go in & out of same files everyday & changes save appropriately cloud. however, today when opened files tuesday (8/23/16) & wednesday (8/24/16) none of information saved there!! none!!

i checked tablet see if odd reason saved them computer files rather cloud nope not there.

i ready scream & cry

these extremely important files

how recover them???

try perform following steps:

1- open web browser.

2- go https://cloud.acrobat.com/

3- sign in adobe id.

4- go document cloud section , check if files there.

 

also, check under recent if can see files.

 

let know results.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
