does "replace with after effects composition" hurt video quality?

so when go premiere after effects use "replace after effects composition" , clips application ends running slow use "replace after effects composition" speed watching clip when work on project

 

however using hurt video quality? heard supposedly bad render on , on cause hurt video quality....when replace after effects composition , later render whole video, rendering clips twice , hence hurting video quality? should doing?

well, every sci-fi/action movie built on aftereffects , other such fx programs doing things media ... multiple times. seem work if people doing know do? yea, , can work quite well.

 

you don't want render , render , render ... of course. well, highly compressed codecs considered h.264 , others. many of routinely transcode dnxhd/r, prores, or cineform editing on, , export out whatever we're delivering needs get. without losing quality.

 

the aftereffects "dynamic link" process 1 takes bit of computer guts handle well, , 1 should know how also. still can futzy, , know quite few editor types routinely "render ae comp" 'out' of prpro aftereffects, when they've got want it, export directly out of ae codec suited sequence in prpro, , remove original clip replacing ae export. can take less computer hardware play smoothly/reliably, , if need changes ae part, re-open ae project, make changes, export again. (note ... isn't taking exported clip ae, stays working original clip in ae.)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
