Captivate 9 won't open

i have been running captivate 9 on pc monthly license renewal since may of year.  work in captivate every day , last used application on friday, 9/30. yesterday, went open application usual, , won't open.  tried open on of cptx files, , won't open either.  have never had happen before, , wondering if best option uninstall , re-download application again?  if so, how impact monthly license billing set up?

i first try clean preferences. find appropriate file in subfolder 'utils' under installation folder , run it. maybe cp launch after that.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
