Captivate 8 audio plays in Play Slide mode, but not in Preview mode

i rescaled original project 1928 x 1048 1280 x 720.  audio introduction plays when preview slide in timeline, when preview slide in project mode, audio not play.

 

does know why happen?

the play slide not preview method, meant editing, synchronizing phase. never rely on check course. if not hear audio in 1 of real preview methods, wrong setup.  doubt linked rescaling of project. slide audio? can test f11 or f12 (both previews in browser, 1 html, other swf)?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
