Panels in Develop module Will Not Open

all of panels in develop module visible , have check beside them when right click.  however, panels not open or close  when click on them.

i cannot basic panel open, , cannot detail panel close??

 

thanks suggestions.  searched answer in forum, did not find one.

i have not ever seen check next panel, can show screen capture? have seen triangle @ right edge of panel name, mean? (and can confirm lightroom speaking about? if so, version number?)

 

what happens if press ctrl-1, basic panel appear then?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
