In design CC 2015 has stopped working

i have been using in design cc 2015 past few months on windows 10 no issues. yesterday received error upon opening program.

i have tried suggestion posted on thread troubleshooting 101: replace, or "trash" indesign preferences  has not resolved issue. clicked on yes replace preferences in dialogue box.

 

there quick , easy method doing using keyboard: close , relaunch indesign, , hold down ctrl + alt + shift (windows) or cmd + ctrl + opt + shift (mac), , respond in affirmative dialog asking if want replace preferences.

 

can please let me know how fix this. have latest installation , windows 10 has not updated @ time or prior occurring on 5/8/16.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
