Error 401 (Save to CC Libraries)

hello!

 

when try save model cc libraries or mixamo, unfortunately following error message: cc library check error 401. there doesn't seem information error code. there workaround? i'd see how can pose character use in photoshop comp. thanks!

 

hm haven't seen 1 before!  can let me know bit of information?

- language of operating system

- system type (windows/mac)

- system model/year (imac 2011)

- operating system , version (windows 8.1 / osx 10.9.4)

- video card

- ram

 

if possible include contents of fuse.log can located at:

- windows: %localappdata%/users/<user>/adobe/fuse/fuse.log

- mac:  ~/library/logs/fuse.log

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
