CS6 fresh install slow to load

hi guys, since getting dw cs6 12 months ago, been bit slow either tabbing through open documents or opening programme.

 

recently become unbarable , im struggling load dw now, hangs on "initialising files..."

 

hangs minute or opens, same again when opening document, doc type doesnt matter, remote files make no difference, i've tried alsorts, resettings settings, clearing cache, uninstalling , removing settings, reinstalling , performance still bad.

 

i run ps cs6 no problems @ all, fast lightening open document.

 

im using pc window 10.

i7 5270k

32gb ram

 

both softwares installed on 256gb ssd

 

not sure or try next, final option fresh install of windows, dont see helping much, you?

 

any suggestions greatful

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
