CC does not show apps and can't install from website

my issue cc not have application tab , no applications showing installed. trying install premier , ae. cc app installed fine on computer. when trying installed apps nothing happens. no errors or nothing. on hpe corporate account not entitlement issue. computer hp workstation laptop 24g memory , i7 vpro processor windows 7 x64, hardware not issue. have tried ie 11, chrome. nothing working. have tried downloading fromdownload center : adobe creative cloud  page nothing working. when use firefox window pops open , asks application open link with. looks uri handler not see app on system. have uninstalled , reinstalled cc app.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
