Captivate 9 publication and preview in html5 fails

hello everybody!

 

i have series of similar project files, , in 1 file there problem:

everytime click "preview: html5 in explorer", says "publication failed" without further explanation.

the same happens when want publish html5 project, swf working still failure notification.

neither starting again nor saving new name helped far.

 

anyone ideas?

there's element or slide in project has become corrupted , causing issue.  try hiding small groups of slides , re-publishing see if can narrow down slide @ issue.  once find slide, start dragging objects out scrap area , republish see whether can without specific objects on slide.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
