Application problem and air problem

air application problem.jpghi, tried run two  air install log.jpgair message quand je désinstalle.jpgold applications using air , message version or air needed see screenshot not ok air installed. tried uninstall air windows program uninstaller , same message see attached screenshot. run adobe air installation , go ok , tell me installation run ok retry application , same message air version not installed again, tried uninstall again adobe air can't same message again version of air needed. log installation adobe air in user app air log see attached screenshot. message application , uninstall same.  in trouble because don't know do, ??????????????

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
