i purchased acrobat pro a few years ago and most recently upon opening the app i got a "not authorized" on my display. what's that about?

recently upon opening acrobat pro 10 message pops on display adobe software using not genuine. since paid app years ago don't understand why have not genuine software. help!

adobe have told following. people sell genuine product not allowed sell. example, buy business license 100 users, sell them separate products. there made serial numbers secret method. use sorts of tricks. eventually, adobe find out licenses have been sold in unauthorized ways. can do? of course, block license not paid. leaves purchaser, scammed, in difficult place. it's unfortunately case if buy stolen, after many years, can lose without refund.

 

if purchased reputable supplier, contact them it. if purchased ebay, can expect sort of thing.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
