how can i fix the problem of music files not uploading to my PE file?

i changed computers 1 using windows7 1 using windows 10. windows 7 music files uploaded no problem. new computer error message , pe not include music files when tell files are. don't know if windows 10 issue or not. have solution?

what mean "uploading music files"? mean importing music premiere elements project using add media?

 

are these wav files?

 

if purchased music, have ensured not music has been downloaded itunes? itunes music has copy protection built block using in video project.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
