Can't install Acrobat Reader

have tried suggested on troubleshooting page, including running microsoft fix-it tool, said there nothing fix. , yet there seems "newer version" installed. , yes, have run uninstall on older version suggested in 2 step installation sequence.

 

errors codes include 1615, 2331 (error loading library mspatcha or finding entry point), 150000, 1603

suggestions?

in attempting print user's guide software, told must have adobe acrobet 3.0; when try install this, i'm told must have ac4robat 3.01 , call 800-833-6687 update. when call number, i'm instructed go forums.adobe.com website chat room. should be?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
