Unstable folders and constant notices of upgrades that never happen.

i'm using elements 13 on windows 10.  1) i've organized photos date, photos jump 1 folder displacing photos should found in folder.  2) every time open elements 13, notice upgrade waiting , when click start upgrade looks upgrade has started next time open program same notice of upgrade.  i've uninstalled elements , reinstalled it.  can please me stabilize photos in folders , either download upgrade or rid of notice 1 waiting action.

i suggest read article , install necessary patch.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
