Trial version - High speed video's

i've installed trial version of premiere elements 14 program play of video's in high speed. video though, audio remains was. have tried .mp4, runs smoothly, , .mts, played in high speed. normal? wondering whether might because i'm using trial version not apply sorts of video's... know how solve problem?

are these videos coming camcorder? model?

 

did use premiere elements' add media/from cameras , devices video camcorder computer?

 

video non-camcorder can have variable frame rates, can cause describe.

 

also operating system using? have ensured have quicktime 7, per program's system requirements?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
