Sign in issue

hi there,

 

i have downloaded creative cloud app, , trying access illustrator.

 

everytime click on it asks me sign in.

 

i have tried possible options on page – quit , re-open, changing lan settings, un-installing , re-installing nothing working.

 

i have spent 20 minutes on phone customer services giving them e-mail address, , told me call different number doesn’t work.

 

 

please possible extremely frustrating. have wasted lot of time trying sort out already.

sign out , in to cc desktop application using same adobe id used pay subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
