Help me Library and apps can't connect to network
i followed steps adobe have me adobe apps still having same problem. 1 of solution enter port number browser got "upgrade required" message pls asap

kindly let know if have tried steps given in following document resolve error " went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries" : solution issue: adobe creative cloud libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products.
