Exporting Design Software List to PDF

i having trouble exporting plant information landscape drawing pdf file of sudden.

 

i running windows 10 , have acrobat reader dc.  has run flawlessly until now. 

 

i run dynascape design software , have been successful before in exporting list of plant materials given drawing pdf print.

 

i receive error design software @ point information gets exported pdf.  of plant information compiled, asked name pdf file, goes load , error message in design software.  pdf file created in documents empty when try open it.

 

i have checked updates in adobe , have done repair no luck or progress.  have been able save things pdf other avenues other dynascape design software lately yesterday.

 

any ideas?

in further exploration of issue, have brought previous drawing , have exported pdf fine!

i left thought issue corruption in current drawing, or not jiving acrobat.

any ideas cause this?  else have sort of issue?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
