Download support for Nikon D600

i have nikon d600 , today tried download 50 new photos onto imac using adobe pse 14. first time have tried download photos since upgrading pse 10. find unable download because import manager tool says "no device found" -- though when connect camera , turn on, apple photos app automatically fires , prompts download relevant photos itself. (i have done this, photos makes difficult see photos stored on hard disk, can't pse add them catalog way.)

does have suggestions how fix , put photos camera pse14?

the other method launch image capture when connect camera. should enable photos folder. import organizer.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
