Adobe Standard DC unable to combine .docx files

when try combine .docx files using "combine files" in adobe standard dc, receive error message says: "additional files need installed create pdf file. want run adobe acrobat dc installer in repair mode?" have run installer in repair mode, nothing happens. have tried totally uninstalling , reinstalling adobe, repairing/uninstalling , reinstalling microsoft office (it's office 2016). able combine .doc files no problem , can print .docx files pdf/use plug-in in word without issues.

 

any thoughts on next steps?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
