2 part question in re: Dreamweaver CS6 & CC

1.  created css saved external - put in first html page - format has changed background color - though css created in page, , not edited after.  tried refresh still not same color, external css says correct color still.

 

2.  smaller graphic background, wants use across entire page, not in pieces single graphic.  want fixed size, without degradation.  can done direct on properties, or continue resizing in photoshop?

the first problem sounds css cascade changing color, css rules matches color being shown , check if apply item.

 

for second item, if background image consider using css background-size -

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
