Where is digital signature on forms users submit with the "Submit by Email" button?

i created form in adobe livecycle 9 contains digital signature field , submit email button , enabled extended reader features form using adobe acrobat 9.

 

end users download form our website , fill out adobe reader 9, signing digitally, , submit form our mailbox submit email button. when receive data file, import form data blank form using adobe acrobat 9.

 

here's problem. digital signature doesn't appear when import form data. other fields appear doesn't me if can't see evidence of signature. signature info captured somehow else in data document? how can see it?

 

this sounds should simple question , answer haven't found answer either google search or search on these forums.

a digital signature isn't form data , meaningless apart document applies to. if somehow imported document that's different 1 applies to, useless.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
