Photoshop CS6 won't save file as EPS nor PDF.

hi guys. first time forum poster here; 1 has me stumped.

computer: intel(r) core(tm) i7 16 gb ram, , 600 gb free on c: drive, using windows 10, , cs6 extended.

 

i have complex shape file (made pen tool) 1 solid color, warp text in banner have been converted shape files. have merged individual shapes one, , won't save. tried save them separated, , won't save eps or pdf. save png, jpeg, , psd.

i need save eps or pdf can have sent printer.

both "won't save due program error" message.
it save eps if remove "include vector data", need checked. so, problem? paths accurate.

 

help?!

** oh! , have had 2 other people try save original file in case program, , couldn't either. it's not photoshop, it's file. , photoshop has access 74% of usage, it's not either. **

hi gwenn, , welcome forum.  hope have name right forum id.

 

photoshop not eps well, pdf way go when sending print.  still have individual shape layers?  realize merged shapes, wondering if did copy of vector layers?  if have individual shape layers, leave them along , type layers, , try save out pdf using high quality print preset.

 

if still have problems, group layers, , duplicate group new document,

 

or

 

convert layers single smart object, , double click open in new window.  treat new window new document, , try export out pdf again there.

 

this new strategy works when photoshop gets particular document bit of tizz.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
