Error 205: Trying to update creative cloud app

hi everybody

 

i can't use creative cloud app manage software (which runs fine now) since tells me need update, update gets "error 205" either @ 24% or 34%.

i tried numerous times , still end in same result. previous forum discussions doesn't since talk firewall don't have , connectivity problems don't have. my internet connection fine , error constant in 24% , 34% shows specific error occurs , not random connectivity issue. can't update anything.

 

please help.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
