Chrome flash video player zoomed in when full screen

hi i've been having issue while, whenever watch video in chrome flash player..when full screen video zoomed in top left of screen , video control bars on bottom missing since screen smaller zoomed in video.

 

i made sure i'm updated newest chrome version , flash doesn't change anything.

can try if ctrl+0 key combination('0' not 'o' or 'o') works you.

if does't help, can please share dxdiag of machine.

also, can please confirm, if issue limited particular website or appears on website?

it helpful, if can provide sample weblink.

 

process dxdiag:

1. press window key + r

2. type dxdiag in window pops , press enter

3. should launch directx diagnostic tool.

4. choose "save infomation". create file containing required information.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
