Cannot move the canvas when task bar is in up position. Window 10

hi, people, when set task bar in upper position, , when ctrl+n open new canvas,

i cannot move around or drag area means doesn't move it's been stuck there long time.

when try drag around canvas, comes in picture. able me? 'cause wanna set

the task bar in position.                                                                           

is photoshop cs6?

 

if so, go to help>updates in photoshop cs6 13.01.3 update , problem should corrected.

 

that bug in first version of photoshop cs6 , fixed in photoshop cs6 update.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
